CAMERA (Committee for Accuracy in Mid East Reporting in America) wrote a research piece in their Spring 08 Magazine showing the direct correlation between the amount of aid going to the palestinians and the amount of terrorist activity.
After an increase in aid there is an increase in homocides. When the fence reduced their ability to kill Israelis, their homocides turned internal and palestinian on palestinian crime increased.
Furthermore the perpetrators are more likey to be more educated and wealthy than impoverished.
It is a myth that poverty causes terrorism, and that financial aid brings peace.
