It seems that almost every political campaign appeals to the desire for change, yet in daily reality and in the business world I find most people uncomfortable with change. In fact people almost violently oppose changes to their routine and ways of thinking.

Candidates promise to change what is wrong, but fail to secure what is right. As the discussions about change gets some depth, which happens as a campaign gains traction, voters become more entrenched against change.

We are less resistant to small changes, but the press prefers to cover revolution rather than evolution.
